I am familiar with the rights arising from the processing of my personal data and the purposes of processing and using my personal data.

The Agreement governs the relationship between the User and ADS group regarding the receipt by the User of the newsletter from the site adsgroup.com.ua, and determines the procedure and conditions for receiving the newsletter from the site adsgroup.com.ua

By agreeing to receive the newsletter, the User agrees to the following terms:

The user undertakes to take appropriate measures to ensure that his e-mail address is saved when filling out the subscription form requested by the site adsgroup.com.ua
The user undertakes, when changing the e-mail address, to immediately replace it by making appropriate changes to the subscription form on the site.
The user is fully responsible for any actions committed by him or by third parties to whom he provided data with an email address, including when using someone else’s email address for registration, as well as for any consequences that such use could or has entailed.

ADS group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, limit or terminate the User’s access to receive the newsletter to which he subscribes, at any time for any reason or without explanation, with or without prior notice
The user is personally responsible for all information about the e-mail address that he places in the subscription form on adsgroup.com.ua when subscribing to the site’s newsletter.
By placing his information in the form of subscribing to the site’s newsletter, the User authorizes ADS group to create archival backup copies of the site’s database, which may contain the buyer’s registration information in order to organize and store the information provided on the site adsgroup.com.ua
If the User decides to delete his data by opting out of the newsletter, ADS group has the right to store archival backups of all personal data of the User.
ADS group is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in the processing or transmission of e-mail messages with newsletters from the site adsgroup.com.ua. ADS group is not responsible for any technical failures or other problems of any telephone networks or services, computer systems, servers or providers, computer hardware, software, failures of e-mail services or scripts due to technical reasons.
ADS group reserves the right at any time to change the design of the adsgroup.com.ua site, its content, list of services, change or supplement the scripts used, software and other projects used or stored on the site, any server applications at any time with prior notice or without it.
ADS group confirms the confidentiality and non-disclosure disclosure to third parties of the User’s personal data left by him when subscribing to receive the newsletter of the site adsgroup.com.ua
ADS group guarantees that it will not use the e-mail address specified by the User when subscribing to the site’s newsletter to send any information other than that to which the User has subscribed.
All information contained in this User Agreement is completely confidential, and the User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all provisions of the User Agreement in the same way and with such diligence as the User maintains the confidentiality of his own confidential information. The User assumes any costs, losses, claims and / or claims of third parties filed against ADS group in connection with the violation of confidentiality by the User of these confidentiality requirements.
