We received a site with fairly good initial data and ambitious promotion goals. We optimized the resource by all parameters and got a cool result.
The task before us was to engage in comprehensive promotion of the corporate website on the territory of Ukraine, including in the cities where the company has representative offices.
Output data
Although the indicators were not critical at the time of our cooperation with the client, they are still far from ideal:
- 130 requests were in the top 1 of search results;
- 386 requests are in the top 3;
- 764 requests — in the top 5;
- 4030 requests are in the top 10;
- 19640 — in the top 20.
There is a small percentage of requests in the top positions, and the presence in the top 20 and top 50 is not the best result.
First of all, we conducted a technical audit of the client site. It turned out to be pretty well optimized, but some refinements were made. Example:
- 14722 users per month
- 318 – transactions
- $124,536 is income
- 194 is a donor domain
- 140829 – the number of key queries for which the site is ranked in the Google search engine
What did we do and what were the results?
At first, we focused on studying competitors, analyzing and developing a strategy for further actions. The priority had two tasks:
- Develop a list of necessary technical improvements.
- Collect the semantic core by key sections.
Next, we collected a number of brand queries, which were used as anchors for external resources, and systematically increased the mass of links of the client site:
1. For three months, we worked on the internal optimization of the resource, which allowed us to increase the number of key phrases in the top PS:

- Visits from search engines increased to 17,265;
- The rejection rate decreased from 22.78% to 1.94%;
- The viewing depth increased from 6 pages/session to 8.40 pages/session;
- The time of the average duration of the session increased from 04:43 min/session to 06:33 min/session;
- The number of transactions increased to 359;
- Income increased from $95,085 to $131,757.

3. A relatively small number of measures to promote the site and a complex approach, planned actions allowed us to achieve really impressive results:

We managed to significantly advance the client’s site to the TOP, increase the client’s income and improve behavioral indicators.
This case is a direct proof that even in three months you can achieve excellent results in website promotion if you develop a clear strategy and follow it correctly.
